Job summary

Shift Supervisor, John Scott's Turku

Would you like to take the next step in your restaurant journey? We are now looking for an energetic and responsible shift supervisor for a permanent position at John Scott's Turku.

John Scott's is known as a relaxed meeting place where quality food, drinks and warm service come together to create a unique pub experience. We are now seeking a person who enjoys people, takes responsibility, and wants to help ensure an exceptional dining experience for customers.

As a shift supervisor you will oversee the smooth execution of your shift together with other staff. You will lead by example, take care of the customer experience, and actively participate in daily restaurant work in the dining room.

We expect from you:

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry


• Experience with shift responsibility or acting as a substitute for a shift supervisor


• Customer service mindset and a positive attitude


• Ability to lead a shift and work under pressure


• Good teamwork and communication skills


• Valid serving license
