The candidate will oversee Hesburger operations during their shift, organize tasks, guide the team, and ensure friendly, high-quality service for customers. They will work primarily at Hesburger but will be responsible for the entire restaurant world during their shift, coordinating across opening hours and maintaining smooth daily operations. The role requires an enthusiastic customer-service mindset, a positive leadership style, and the ability to keep the big picture under control even in busy times. Previous experience in supervision or other leadership roles is advantageous; practical experience working at Hesburger and understanding the Hesburger concept and procedures is preferred.

Shifts cover all opening hours, so flexibility is valued. Salary is paid according to MaRan collective agreement, with 2280–2476 €/month depending on prior experience.
