Ravintola Roka Street Bistro in Rovaniemi is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead daily service and staff.

You will work with a small team in a 25-seat neighborhood setting, ensure top-notch guest experiences, uphold hygiene standards, and coordinate with suppliers. Fluent Finnish and prior shift-management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Suitable education and experience in serving tasks.

RESTAURANT SHIFT MANAGER

We are seeking a skilled RESTAURANT SHIFT MANAGER for Rovaniemi at Ravintola Roka Street Bistro.

Roka Street Bistro in Rovanniemi is a 25-seat neighborhood restaurant offering street-food made from the finest ingredients, including authentic Bistro-style dishes and quality beverages. Ingredients come from partners or are sourced by us, prepared fresh and flavorful. Influences include America, Italy and Meänperä.

You will receive thorough onboarding and support from colleagues to help you shine in your role.

The position is permanent (full-time). Working hours: 90-112.5 hours per 3 weeks. Salary based on experience according to MaRaVa TES, between €15.16 and €16.45 per hour. Employment is established between the employee and StaffPoint.
