Job summary

Dustin Finland Oy is seeking a Service Product Manager to own and grow a strategic Professional Services portfolio across Dustin's international markets. You will drive revenue growth, profitability, and sales enablement for Infrastructure Services, while partnering with senior stakeholders across countries to maximize impact.

Your role involves developing offerings, pricing, and lifecycle management, and working with Sales, Delivery, and Procurement to ensure scalable, customer-centric services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
• Experience with managing and developing service portfolios, including roadmap ownership, pricing, and profitability.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure landscape: Cloud, Datacenter, Network, Modern Workplace, and Security solutions.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Professional Services portfolio, including roadmap, pricing, profitability, and lifecycle management.
• Drive the creation and launch of new service offerings by identifying market opportunities and establishing strategic vendor partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, and Process Owners to ensure services are scalable, commercially successful, and deliver value across Dustin markets.

Your role & influence as Service Product Manager Responsibility

You will be given responsibility for driving the growth, profitability, and sales enablement of Dustin's Infrastructure Services portfolio, ensuring the right services and solutions are offered to meet customer needs across all markets.

Collaboration

Together with your team, you take care of developing and optimizing a profitable, competitive, and customer-focused services portfolio that supports Dustin's growth ambitions. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with colleagues in Offering & Procurement and Sales Teams across all Dustin markets.

Core activities

• Own and develop the Professional Services portfolio, including roadmap, pricing, profitability, and lifecycle management.
