Job summary

Dustin Finland Oy is seeking a Functional Application Specialist to influence the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations roadmap and drive digital transformation across the business in an international setting.

You will design scalable finance solutions in a complex environment, collaborating with the Dustin group across Benelux and Nordics, and contribute to an ERP roadmap that supports growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and core finance processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; hands-on D365 F&O configuration and optimization.

In this international role, you’ll bridge finance and technology, influence the ERP roadmap, and drive transformation across multiple markets. The Hiring Manager for the role is Mirjam, the Head of ERP, CRM and Logistics Applications. You’ll be part of an international Dynamics team with live operations across Benelux and an exciting new project underway in the Nordics. Your role & influence as Functional Application Specialist

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for optimizing and evolving Dustin’s Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment, ensuring it supports efficient financial processes and enables business growth and transformation.

Collaboration

Together with your team, you take care of shaping the future of Dynamics 365 in an international setup, collaborating closely not only with your immediate team members but also with Technology teams and stakeholders across the wider Dustin group.

Core activities

• Optimize and own the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations setup to ensure efficient, reliable, and scalable finance processes.
• Translate finance and business requirements into effective D365 solutions by working closely with key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and transformation by identifying opportunities, leading enhancements, and evolving the platform with the business.

• You have a bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, core finance processes, accounting principles, and translating business requirements into system solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands‑on experience in D365 F&O configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement; relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
