Job summary

TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab is seeking a Service Manager for the Gerby Daycare kitchen in Turku. The permanent full-time role covers kitchen operations for breakfast, lunch and snacks, serving about 200 meals daily, with a 38.25-hour week.

Responsibilities include ordering food from the prep kitchen, handling dishwashing, and maintaining the kitchen's quality and hygiene standards. The position may require after-hours tasks; start date as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum restaurant industry qualification and experience in large kitchen.
• Strong customer-service orientation and friendly attitude.
• Ability to work independently and with colleagues.
• Computer skills required.
• Hygiene certificate required.
• Finnish or Swedish language skills.
• Background check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations including breakfast, lunch and snacks.
