Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners seeks a Service Advisor for BMW Markham to deliver top‑notch customer service and coordinate vehicle repairs. You will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage work orders with the team.

Ideal candidates have automotive experience, 1–2 years as a Service Advisor, CDK familiarity, strong numerical skills, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Assists all customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements ensuring optimum customer service.
• Responds to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner according to dealership policy.
• Schedules service appointments and collects customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
• Creates/opens work orders for new customers and service; closes orders as appropriate.
• Invoices work orders and accepts payments from customers; submits reports and receipts to accounting.
• Provides quotes or estimates to customers regarding service needed.
• Advises customers of current status of their vehicle and any additional work required.
