The role involves greeting customers, explaining vehicle features, and delivering vehicles with excellent service and professionalism. The position offers growth with a Fortune 500 partner network.

Qualifications

• Automotive luxury vehicle sales experience preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years experience in a similar role preferred.
• Valid OMVIC license is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales skills with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist or direct them in showroom or lot.
• Deliver friendly, professional, prompt service to create positive impressions.
• Explain manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery before arrival.
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranties and paperwork.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and offeringassistanceor direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or lot.
• Generate positive impressions during the shopping and buying experiences by serving customers in a friendly, professional, and prompt manner.
• Provide customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.
• Deliver vehicle to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Automotive luxury vehicle sales experiencepreferred,butnotrequired.
• 1-3years experiencein a similar role preferred.
• ValidOMVIC licensed
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbalandwritten) and customer service skills.
• Exceptional sales skills and a commitment tosales objectives.

Pay: $70,000-$100,000 based on ability to sell effectively
