Pfaff Automotive Partners in Markham, ON is seeking a New Car Sales Representative to join our team. You will greet customers, present luxury BMW vehicles, build relationships and help clients find their dream cars.

Role requires OMVIC licensing and a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract, along with strong communication and sales focus. We offer competitive compensation, health benefits, and growth opportunities with Pfaff and Lithia & Driveway.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
• Exceptional sales skills and a commitment to sales objectives.
• 1-3 years experience in a similar role preferred.
• Automotive luxury vehicle sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid OMVIC license is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or lot.
• Generate positive impressions during the shopping and buying experiences by serving customers in a friendly, professional, and prompt manner.
• Provide customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.
• Deliver vehicle to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.
