Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Lead Compensation Consultant to implement and configure Workday solutions for our global customer base. You will serve as a lead consultant in your specialist area, mentoring teammates and delivering client-focused results.

You will manage customer relationships, articulate solutions that meet business needs and are commercially viable, and contribute to thought leadership within your capability and the Workday community at Kainos.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Finnish (Full Professional Proficiency)
• Workday HCM and Core Compensation experience
• Excellent customer focus; assess needs, build relationships, manage expectations
• Excellent communicator; present to senior client audiences
• Strong commercial awareness; understand project and business dynamics
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage pressure
• Ability to build and maintain external networks
• Excellent consulting skills; lead large-scale workshops with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead consultant in implementing and configuring Workday solutions for our global customer base
• Manage relationships with customers; shape and deliver solutions aligned to needs and commercially viable
• Mentor and guide team members; provide thought leadership and expand specialist knowledge
• Support sales activities and provide input to work estimates
• Travel to customer sites in the same region as required
