Job summary

KONE IT Digital Enabling Platforms in Espoo, Finland is seeking a Lead technical solution designer to drive cloud-based data integration projects from design to delivery. You will design scalable data pipelines, automate integrations, and enable self-service capabilities for users.

Based in Espoo, you will report to the Product Owner and collaborate with architects, owners and partners in an agile setup, shaping roadmaps and guiding implementation across enterprise applications.

Qualifications

5+ years in product design or software development with enterprise integration.
Cloud-native architecture understanding and AWS services experience.
Hands-on cloud engineering, data integration, and API or messaging design.
Proven IT project delivery experience in agile environments.
Strong analytical, innovative mindset and collaboration in English.
AWS Solutions Architect certification or similar is a plus; SAP/Salesforce assets.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product owners, application owners, architects and stakeholders to clarify needs and find integration opportunities.
Create fit-for-purpose designs for prioritized items, covering functional and non-functional aspects.
Own end-to-end IT solution design for integration assets.
Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate needs into technical specs.
Manage development and testing with implementation partners.
Support product owner in updating roadmaps and backlog prioritization.
