Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Lead HCM Consultant to join our global team in Helsinki. You’ll implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday HCM solutions, lead a project workstream, and shape outcomes to meet customer needs.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, mentor junior members, and drive improvements across tools and processes while maintaining a sharp focus on delivery and commercial viability.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and related capabilities.
• Recent experience implementing HCM solutions.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and project dynamics.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead a functional workstream on a Workday implementation throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Build relationships with customers and understand their business requirements.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and share knowledge.
