Job summary

Mylab Oy in Tampere seeks a Senior System Specialist to strengthen our System team and develop secure, automated Linux-based infrastructure for our health tech solutions.

You will operate Linux production, development and testing environments, troubleshoot issues, build automation with Docker, Azure, Ansible and Kubernetes, and contribute to modern DevOps practices across on-premise, private cloud and Azure environments.

Qualifications

5+ years in IT infrastructure, system admin, DevOps or similar.
Strong Linux expertise and networking/automation basics.
Experience with Docker, Azure and Ansible.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and improve reliability.
Security and compliance awareness in professional environments.
Proactive, growth-oriented mindset and modernization interest.
Fluent English; Finnish or Swedish a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate and improve Linux-based production, development and testing environments.
Develop automation and improve performance, scalability, and security.
Cover on-premise, private cloud, partner data centers, and Azure dev/test environments.
Contribute to architectural discussions and evaluate new tech.
Support DevOps and platform engineering practices; incident root cause analysis.
Collaborate with system specialists, developers and stakeholders.
