Job summary

GE Healthcare Finland Oy seeks a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to optimize the software development lifecycle, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of our healthcare solutions.

Based in Helsinki with a hybrid work setup, you will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins, implement IaC with Terraform and Ansible, and collaborate across development, QA and operations teams to improve delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience in software healthcare or regulated environments is desirable.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple software products.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.
• Develop IaC solutions using Terraform and Ansible.
• Automate deployments, testing, and operational tasks to improve efficiency.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of healthcare software systems.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps capability growth.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance DevOps practices.
