Smartlyio in Helsinki is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to enhance their Site Reliability Engineering team. This role involves developing and automating infrastructure solutions while working in a hybrid model. You will utilize tools like Kubernetes and cloud environments to maintain scalable production systems.

Qualifications

• Production experience with distributed/scalable systems and high traffic web applications.
• Experience with running large-scale production with Kubernetes.
• Experience working with AWS or similar public cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Ansible and Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions.
• Automate infrastructure deployments and setups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.

Skills

Production experience with distributed/scalable systems

Experience in running large scale production with Kubernetes

Experience working with public cloud environments

Configuration management systems (Ansible)

Extensive knowledge of the Linux OS

Troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of web fundamentals

Knowledge of IP networking, DNS, load balancing
