Job summary

Qutwo is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lay the foundations of a dependable, secure, and portable platform across multiple clouds. The role focuses on building a Kubernetes-based infrastructure, implementing observability, SLOs, and incident practices, and enabling scalable CI/CD through GitOps.

You will own running ML workloads (Ray on Kubernetes), define portability abstractions, and establish security-by-design principles while shaping reliability decisions from day one.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building production systems in SRE/infra roles.
• Hands-on Kubernetes with cluster operations, networking and troubleshooting.
• Experience running systems across multiple clouds.
• Strong IaC/automation: Terraform, Helm, GitOps; Python/Go skills."
• Security-first mindset: trust boundaries, secrets, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate a multi-cloud Kubernetes-based platform with portability.
• Build observability, metrics, logging, tracing and alerting; define SLOs & incident practices.
• Infrastructure as code and GitOps to make environments reproducible and automated.
• Run ML workloads (Ray) scheduling, autoscaling and cost optimization on Kubernetes.
• Own security by design: secrets management, network policy and supply-chain security.
