Aurora Live is seeking a Senior Event & Speaker Engagement Manager to curate thought‑provoking experiences for the Aurora Live Business Network, connecting IT, Cyber and Digital leaders across Europe.

You will identify top speakers and case studies, coach them before events, and work with delivery and marketing to ensure topics resonate with the audience and that events run on schedule and with high quality.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in conference production, content curation, or B2B media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects with precision and pace.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure top speakers for IT, Digital, and Cybersecurity topics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high‑profile speakers for engagement and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Customer Delivery & Marketing to align themes with event objectives.
• Support speakers in preparation and creating compelling narratives.
