Aurora Live is seeking a Senior Event & Speaker Engagement Manager to curate thought‑provoking experiences for the Aurora Live Business Network, connecting IT, Cyber and Digital leaders across Europe.

You will identify top speakers and case studies, coach them before events, and work with delivery and marketing to ensure topics resonate with the audience and that events run on schedule and with high quality.

Aurora Live is seeking a Senior Event & Speaker Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team to curate thought-provoking experiences for the Aurora Live Business Network.

Aurora Live is a network bringing together a wide range of Information Technology, Cyber and Digital leaders from the largest organizations in Europe.

In this role you create cutting edge content to our physical and virtual events by finding the right speakers and case studies, most relevant for the target audience. You spar with them about the topics in reflection to what we know our audience is most keen on hearing, and you nurture the relationships by coaching and preparing them before the events and sharing feedback after.

Your success is measured in keeping projects on schedule with highest quality and innovative take and working as an active part of the business unit’s success. You have commercial take on everything you do, and you can work with set targets and common goals.

Your Key Focus Areas

• Speaker Acquisition: Identify and secure top‑tier speakers from IT, Digital, and Cybersecurity as keynote speakers and panelists for our UK flagship events and selected virtual content - provided to our Aurora Live Business Network members
• Cultivating Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with high‑profile speakers, aligning their expertise with the most relevant topics for our audience to ensure sustained engagement and loyalty
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Delivery & Marketing teams to align theme and speaker preferences with event objectives, following closely with Marketing how the content you build resonates with the target audience
• Content & Speaker Collaboration: Support speakers in their preparation and creating speaker narratives ensuring relevance and market resonance

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• 1–2+ years of experience in conference production, content curation, or B2B media (experience with the UK tech or industrial sectors is a strong plus), with a proven track record in speaker acquisition targeting high‑level decision makers.
• Demonstrated success in securing senior speakers (VP/C-level) from leading corporations or public institutions.
• Strong understanding of the UK enterprise and innovation landscape — including key players in software, industrial tech, mobility, and digital transformation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects with precision and pace.
• A genuine interest in business, technology, innovation, and strategic leadership topics.
