You will craft innovative solutions across the Dell portfolio, collaborating with sales and partners, shaping technical agendas, and mentoring teams to deliver customer value in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Translate stakeholder requirements into IT results and business outcomes.
• Design complex solutions involving multiple providers.
• Strong teamwork, facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Deep knowledge of the Dell Technologies portfolio and partner ecosystems.
• 5+ years IT domain experience as an architect, engineer, or consultant.

• Sustain a current level of knowledge on competitive information and objection handling.
• Conduct customer needs analysis and anticipate requirements beyond existing solution’s scope.
• Collaborate with the virtual technical and cross-functional team in development and information sharing with customers, peers, partners and the wider Dell Technologies community.
• Contribute to the architectural design of complex solutions and select components across the Dell Technologies portfolio and partner ecosystem.
• Leverage emerging technologies to address client challenges and opportunities.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be an integral part of our field sales teams during the presales phase. By being the trusted advisor to both internal as well as external members of our sales teams you will be at the center of setting and orchestrating an impactful, innovative technical agenda based on Dell Technologies and partners’ solutions for our Enterprise clients.

You will:

You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet the business needs of our clients while aligning with architectural governance and standards.

Essential Requirements

• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into desired IT results & business outcomes, considering both future and current situation as well as constraints
• Track record of successfully designing complex solutions involving technologies from multiple providers
• Interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, active listening, consulting capabilities and negotiation
• Deep knowledge of the Dell Technologies portfolio of solutions and services and knowledge of strategic ecosystems, partnerships, and go-to-market execution.
• 5+ years of IT domain experience as an architect, systems engineer, or consultant

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• Background in industry vertical business drivers, solutions, and architectural methods
