Job summary

DNA is hiring a Senior Software Engineer in Helsinki with remote options. You will build and operate a shared platform, automation, and agentic development capabilities to help teams deliver independently and efficiently at scale.

You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering to bring AI‑driven development into production, champion responsible AI, and foster a culture of experimentation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• HANDS‑ON experience with AI‑assisted development tools, automated workflows, and developer tooling.
• Understanding of evaluation, human oversight, security, and responsible AI usage.
• Strong software engineering experience to design, build, and operate maintainable production solutions.
• Experience building and operating modern cloud‑native systems, including APIs, containers, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, and reliability practices.
• Ability to balance team autonomy with shared standards, reusable capabilities, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Foster experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning to speed delivery.
• Build reusable platform and agentic development capabilities to improve delivery and productivity.
• Develop platform services for CI/CD, observability, cloud infra, and self‑service tooling.
• Validate new capabilities with teams and scale practices across the org.
• Collaborate with business, design, and engineering to deliver customer value.
