Job summary

DNA Oyj is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build and operate the shared platform, automation, and agentic development capabilities that enable our teams to deliver independently and efficiently at scale. You will develop these capabilities with product teams and turn proven solutions into reusable tools and guardrails.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and automated workflows.
• Strong software engineering experience and ability to design, build, and operate production solutions.
• Experience building and operating modern cloud-native systems (APIs, containers, CI/CD, observability).

Responsibilities

• Improve how we develop software and engineering capabilities across teams.
• Build reusable platform and agentic development capabilities to enhance delivery quality and productivity.
• Develop platform services increasing team autonomy, including CI/CD, observability, cloud infrastructure, and self-service tooling.
• Validate new capabilities with development teams and scale successful practices.
• Collaborate with business, design, and engineering stakeholders to deliver customer value.
