Job summary

Hoxhunt is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build scalable features for our gamified phishing platform in a hybrid Helsinki setup. You will shape architecture, deliver full-stack features, and push the product forward with ownership and high standards.

You should bring 5+ years of experience, strong React/TypeScript skills, and a product-minded, AI‑native approach to evolving cybersecurity training tooling.

• Hands-on TypeScript/React experience with backend services and APIs.
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale systems used by real end-users.
• Proven track record of delivering results with ownership.
• Strong product mindset balancing technical quality with user value and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver scalable, highly reliable full-stack features for our gamification platform.
• Develop innovative new ways to train users on evolving cybersecurity threats.
• Scale systems to support massive growth and scale beyond original design.
• Collaborate with Product Management and engineering peers to plan, scope, and execute projects in a collaborative environment.
