Hoxhunt, based in Helsinki, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to shape our gamified phishing platform. You will own full-stack features, contribute to scalable architecture, and work closely with product and engineering peers in a collaborative, high-ownership environment.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality software for a rapidly growing user base, with a hybrid work setup requiring office presence in Helsinki 1-2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with TypeScript and React, plus backend services using Node.js and MongoDB.
• At least five years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale systems used by real end users.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver scalable, reliable full-stack features for our gamification platform.
• Develop new ways to train users on evolving cybersecurity threats.
• Scale architectures to handle massive growth beyond initial design.
• Collaborate with Product Management and engineering peers with strong ownership.
• Plan, scope, and execute projects in a collaborative environment.
