Hoxhunt is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our gamified cybersecurity learning product in Helsinki. You will build scalable features across the stack, craft engaging content formats, and own learning paths from concept to release.

With a decade of software experience preferred, you will mentor peers, drive architectural decisions, and help scale our platform to millions of users in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in full-stack development using Node.js, React and TypeScript.
• Bonus points for hands-on GraphQL and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Proven end-to-end project leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong product mindset with high-quality delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver scalable features across frontend and backend for the learning platform.
• Develop diverse content formats and themes to enhance user engagement.
• Own courses, learning paths, and workflows from concept to release.
• Drive performance and architectural decisions for high-volume usage.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor peers to uplift the team.
