Job summary

Hoxhunt in Helsinki is seeking a senior software leader to own end-to-end feature delivery across the technology stack, including frontend in TypeScript/React and backend services with Node.js and MongoDB.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in industry with a track record of leading complex technical projects.
• Strong product mindset and ability to translate ambiguous problems into user-focused requirements.
• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript and React; experience building backend services and APIs (Node.js, MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of the web platform.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of key features end-to-end across the tech stack.
• Contribute to team processes to scale the product and team.
• Improve system reliability and architecture with coordinated execution plans and key decisions.
