Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Finland is seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join our Tech Lead pathway. You will stay hands-on while gradually taking ownership of architectural decisions and mentoring junior developers.

Design scalable backend systems, contribute to architecture discussions, build APIs, and work with product teams to translate requirements into robust solutions. You will also explore AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices as part of our growth.

The Role
