Job summary

Reaktor Innovations Oy in Turku is seeking a Lead Developer to own the frontend and backend development lifecycle, collaborate with clients, and implement features across the full stack in a hybrid, full-time role.

The position requires eight or more years of experience, fluency in Finnish and English, and hands-on expertise with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, React and PostgreSQL. Hybrid work flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Eight years of relevant work experience.
• Broad experience in Back End, Front End, and DevOps.
• Solid understanding of agile project management.
• Team leadership and consulting experience.
• Experience with multiple client stakeholders.
• Proficiency in at least one server-side language (TypeScript/JavaScript/Node.js typical; Java/Scala/Kotlin/Clojure/Python also used).
• Strong client-side skills with React (TypeScript/JavaScript) and mobile options (Swift/Java/Scala/Kotlin/TypeScript/JavaScript React Native).
• Experience creating back-end services and tweaking CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Fluent Finnish and English.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup.
