Job summary

Bluefors is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Control & Software team and build an automated monitoring platform for cryostat units running on edge devices at customer premises. You will develop Python-based calculations, craft Grafana dashboards, and manage data with InfluxDB v2 and Flux while contributing to platform architecture.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, aligning with a hybrid work model that blends office presence and remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills applied to calculation and business logic.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana (e.g. dashboards and alerts)
• Hands-on experience with InfluxDB v2 and the Flux query language
• Experience utilizing AI tools and agents within a modern development environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to oversee complex technical solutions
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Developing business logics and data calculations using Python
