Job summary

Bondora is hiring a Senior Social & Content Manager to lead our global social media efforts, owning the editorial calendar and distribution engine. You will work with Brand & Creative, Product Marketing, and Country teams to turn content into measurable demand across owned, earned, and creator channels.

You will drive the AI-powered content engine, build workflows, manage agencies/UGC creators, and translate data into editorial decisions, all while ensuring scalability and brand coherence across

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in social media, editorial, content, or content marketing roles.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI-driven content workflows.
• Strong editorial judgment and creative taste.
• Senior-level social media expertise across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Meta, LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bondora's social media end-to-end across all markets.
• Own the editorial calendar and content distribution engine across owned, earned, and creator surfaces.
• Produce content in-house with Brand, manage agencies and UGC creators end-to-end.
• Architect and operate Bondora's AI-driven content engine and workflows.
• Run social, content, and share-of-voice analytics to inform editorial decisions.
• Moderate and respond to comments and messages across channels.
