Job summary

Taleez in Espoo, Finland seeks a Satellite Electrical Harness Technician to manufacture, assemble and inspect spacecraft harnesses per aerospace standards. You will read schematics and integrate harnesses into platforms and payloads for space missions.

Minimum 5 years of satellite harness experience, cleanroom background, and proficiency in English are mandatory. Strong attention to detail and ability to work from engineering documents are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in satellite electrical harness manufacturing and integration.
• Must have cleanroom experience and aerospace workmanship familiarity.
• Proficient in reading complex electrical schematics and harness drawings.
• Knowledge of ESA/ECSS/IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards and space project requirements.
• Experience with crimping, soldering, shield termination, and connector assembly.

Responsibilities

• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, harness drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Manufacture, assemble, and inspect harnesses, including wire preparation, crimping, soldering, connector assembly, shielding, and harness dressing.
• Perform electrical testing, continuity checks, and quality inspections per aerospace standards.
• Integrate platform and payload harnesses within the spacecraft, routing and connecting to onboard equipment.
• Ensure compliance with workmanship, quality, traceability, grounding, bonding and safety throughout activities.
