Job summary

HANZA Assembly Parola Oy is seeking electromechanical assembly workers for a permanent role in Finland. You will manufacture electromechanical assemblies, including wiring harnesses and cable assemblies, and perform connector, crimping, and soldering joints according to instructions.

The role requires manual dexterity, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to read production diagrams. Basic IT skills and ERP usage are needed, along with good eyesight and teamwork, plus willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity and precision in manual assembly work.
• Basic electrical knowledge and the ability to read electrical diagrams and other production documentation.
• Basic IT skills for handling production documentation and ERP system usage.
• Good eyesight for precision work.
• Responsibility, diligence, and initiative.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
• Basic Finnish language skills (English is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manufacture electromechanical assemblies, including wiring harnesses and cable assemblies.
