Job summary

Skylo, based in Espoo, Finland, seeks a senior commercial-technical leader to own IPX, hubbing and partner ecosystem. You will be accountable for contracts, operating cadence, service performance, escalation paths, and redundancy strategy for rapid roaming partner production.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in roaming/wholesale roaming with mobile operators or hub/IPX providers.
• Proven track record in managing relationships with international operators and carriers.
• Strong leadership in strategic supplier and partner relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle ownership: manage relationships with international roaming partner operators.
• Oversee IPX/GRX providers, roaming hubs, and related SLA monitoring.
• Negotiate, draft and maintain roaming agreements; manage signing and updates.
