Job summary

GE HealthCare in Helsinki seeks a Senior RF Systems Engineer to shape wireless medical technologies from concept through release. You will work on RF solutions for Bluetooth, MBAN and Wi‑Fi, including antennas and front ends, and design RF hardware with simulations, layouts and tests.

You’ll coordinate across hardware, software, regulatory, quality and manufacturing teams, drive certification activities, and contribute to a robust, scalable RF roadmap for wearable patient monitoring solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
• Strong fundamentals in radio technology from component to full systems.
• Experience taking a product from concept to release is preferred.
• Proficiency with RF design tools and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of radio system design from concept to release.
• Develop RF solutions for Bluetooth, MBAN, Wi‑Fi, antennas, and related circuitry.
• Design RF hardware including schematics, PCB layouts, and antenna integration.
• Plan and execute testing from RX/TX parameters to system-level performance.
• Support FCC/RED certification activities as needed.
• Collaborate across hardware, software, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing teams.
