Job summary

Etteplan is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to design RF solutions for embedded devices. You will work on diverse projects across our client base, with emphasis on RF, antennas, and related electronics while collaborating with hardware and software teams.

The role offers a mix of office-based and remote work, with the possibility to contribute from different offices in Finland and nearby client sites. The position values hands-on lab work and senior consultancy to customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electronics development experience.
• 5+ years of RF design experience.
• Solid understanding of electromagnetic (EM) theory.
• Experience in concepting and architecting new products from electronics point of view.
• Familiarity with different radio technologies and wireless protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust and maintainable RF and embedded electronics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RF, hardware and software components.
• Drive the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to manufacturing and testing.
• Provide senior consultancy services to our customer offering expert advice and solutions.
• Perform practical hands-on work in a lab setting with electronic devices and circuit boards using debugging tools and measurement equipment.
