Job summary

Ardmac is hiring Quantity Surveyors across EU locations, including Finland, to lead commercial functions on high-value projects. Candidates should bring strong experience in measurement, valuation, procurement, and contract management, with a track record of coordinating with clients and project teams.

The role requires up-to-date knowledge of construction methods and a proactive approach to risk and cost control within complex environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in preparation and understanding of commercial reports.
• Familiar with contracts; bespoke and standard forms.
• Knowledge of subcontract/material orders and procurement.
• Ability to form good working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Construction methods and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update contract budgets and financial reports.
• Manage contractual and legal aspects of the project.
• Administer contract records and documentation.
• Produce monthly JCRs and JCSs for project tracking.
• Attend contractor handover and bi-weekly contract review meetings.
• Update cash reporting and collections; monitor risks and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with clients, supply chain, and professional team.
