Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment is essential.
• Data Centre experience is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the procurement of packages ensuring technical completion.
• Monitor sub-contractor and supplier payments.
• Manage the project budget as directed by the Project Director.
• Manage relevant client communications.
• Document and cost changes to work scopes.
