Job summary

Mitchell McDermott is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Finland-based team. You will work on prestigious construction projects, delivering high-quality cost management and advisory services with a focus on data centre workloads.

Based in Finland, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and be proactive in managing project costs, risks and client expectations. Chartered or working towards chartership is preferred, with strong client-facing skills and sector

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience across multiple sectors.
Construction Stage Data Centre experience in Europe (preferably with a consultancy).
Experience in proactively managing projects.
Background in Mechanical and Electrical projects is a plus.
Chartered or working towards chartership preferred.
Excellent client-facing profile with relevant sector experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver high standards on construction projects in Finnland data centre sector.
Proactively manage project scopes, timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Represent the CQS/PQS function across the project lifecycle.
