Job summary

Mitchell McDermott in Finland is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team and lead cost management across high-profile European data centre projects. The role emphasizes pro-active project management, strong client relations and a Chartered/near-chartered professional with a background in M&E where possible.

You will work on-site in Finland, engaging with stakeholders and delivering value through meticulous quantity surveying practice within a consultancy-focused

Qualifications

Relevant third-level qualification.
5+ years’ experience across a wide range of sectors.
Construction Stage Data Centre Experience in Europe (preferably with a consultancy).
Experience in pro-actively managing projects.
Background in Mechanical and Electrical projects is a plus.
Experience, pre or post contract, acting as a CQS or PQS is advantageous.
Chartered or working towards chartership, ideally.
Excellent client-facing profile with relevant sector experience.
Motivated and diligent team player, willing to go the extra mile.
