Job summary

Mitchell McDermott in Finland is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on high-profile data centre projects. You will manage cost advice, governance and client liaison across multi-disciplinary teams.

The role values proactive project leadership, Chartered or working towards chartership, and a strong track record in construction sectors. You’ll work in a dynamic, open culture that rewards initiative and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification.
• 5+ years’ experience across a wide range of sectors.
• Data Centre experience in Europe (preferably with a consultancy).
• Experience in pro-actively managing projects.
• Background in Mechanical and Electrical projects is a plus.
• Finnish Data Centre experience, pre or post contract, acting as a CQS or PQS is advantageous.
• Chartered or working towards chartership, ideally.
• Excellent client-facing profile with relevant sector experience.
• Motivated and diligent team player, willing to go the extra mile.
