Job summary

ABB Oy, Distribution Solutions in Vaasa, Finland, seeks a Senior QA Test Lead to own testing for the Relays-Online eCommerce platform, enabling end-to-end self-service across product selection, configuration, pricing, quotation, ordering, SW delivery, and order tracking.

You will define test strategy, drive testing across teams, coach on Shift-Left and Agile quality practices, and build test automation foundations with CI/CD integrations, leveraging Azure DevOps and Robot Framework to deliver

Qualifications

B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in IT or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in test automation and test pipelines.
Experience with web applications and Robot Framework.
Fluent in Finnish and English; able to lead and coordinate across teams.
Experience in Agile Scrum and QA leadership in software environments.

Responsibilities

Define and develop test strategy, scope, quality criteria, test plans, and specs for Relays Online.
Plan and coordinate release testing across teams, track progress and risks, manage defects in Azure DevOps.
Participate in manual testing during critical releases and support test execution for coverage and deadlines.
Drive Agile quality practices and test automation foundations, including Shift-Left coaching and CI/CD integration.
Integrate AI into processes as applicable and mentor teams in quality engineering.
