Job summary

V7 Recruitment Ltd in Finland is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data centre delivery on a high-value project. You will drive construction through to handover, coordinating contractors and critical stakeholders to ensure timely results.

The role requires managing project scope, cost, risk and quality while coordinating CSA, MEP and commissioning activities. Based full-time in Finland, you will report to senior leadership and contribute to a major European pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Strong background in construction or project delivery (contractor, consultancy or client-side).
• Experience managing large-scale projects or key workstreams.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle including construction, commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data centre projects from construction through handover.
• Manage contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Oversee programme, cost, quality and risk on the project scope.
• Ensure coordination between CSA, MEP and commissioning teams.
• Drive project reporting and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Support commissioning, IST and final handover processes.
• Ensure delivery aligns with objectives, timelines and quality standards.

V7 Recruitment are working with a global leader in the data centre industry who are looking for a Senior Project Manager to deliver a Data Centre project in Finland! This is a full time position based in Finland.

Ideal candidate

• Proven experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects
• Strong background in construction or project delivery (contractor, consultancy or client-side)
• Experience managing large-scale projects or key project workstreams
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle including construction, commissioning and handover
• Experience managing stakeholders, contractors and consultants
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-value project environment
• Willingness to be based full-time in Finland
