V7 Recruitment are working with a leading family-owned construction business with over 160 years of industry experience and a rapidly growing data centre division across Europe. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their teams in Vaasa, Finland, to lead commercial management on major data centre projects.

The role offers a generous salary of €100,000-€130,000 plus a rotation, relocation support and allowances.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within construction.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and contractual matters.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management across major data centre projects.
• Oversee cost and value management, forecasting and cashflow.
• Manage contracts, change control, variations and entitlement recovery.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and develop the commercial team.
• Provide commercial guidance to the wider project team.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure robust commercial governance and controls are maintained.

Commercial Manager | Data Centre Construction

The Opportunity V7 Recruitment are working with a leading, family-owned construction business with over 160 years of industry experience and a rapidly growing data centre division across Europe.

With an established track record delivering major projects for leading technology and hyperscale clients, the business is continuing to expand its European data centre operation and is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join the teams in Vaasa, Finland.
