Job summary

AFRY Finland is seeking a Project Control Manager to oversee schedule, cost and document management within large EPCM projects. The role requires leading the project controls team and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and contractors from our Vantaa location.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in industrial investment projects, strong leadership, and fluency in Finnish and English. The position supports hybrid work and may involve travel in Finland and abroad.

Qualifications

• Solid university degree in tech or economics is required.
• 15+ years in industrial investment projects, preferably EPCM.
• Strong cooperation, communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in Finnish and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for time, cost and document management in projects.
• Lead the project controls activities and team across projects.
• Plan activities and resources to fulfill project controls scope.
• Coordinate with client, suppliers and contractors on time/cost management.
