Job summary

Qt Group in Finland (Espoo or Oulu) seeks a Product Security Principal to lead secure development practices, regulatory compliance, and incident response across the portfolio. You will work hands-on while providing technical leadership with cross-functional teams to ensure product security standards.

You will coordinate vulnerability management, drive evidence for audits, and shape security architecture across multiple business units, including legal and product management teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on product security experience across real products and teams.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and operationalize SSDLC with R&D teams.
• Provide regulatory compliance leadership across the Group, including EU CRA.
• Manage vulnerability handling and coordinated disclosure across the Qt Group portfolio.
• Offer technical depth to PSIRT program and incident response.
• Support customers with security evidence and questionnaires.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Legal on architecture and compliance.
