Job summary

Riverty is seeking a (Senior) Product Manager for Consumer Touchpoints to own the product strategy within our Invoicing as a Service offering. You will shape experiences across consumer interactions, driving roadmaps for digital and human touchpoints in the Nordics, including the flow from invoice generation to payment and self-service.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial and Compliance to deliver scalable solutions while balancing consumer needs and business

Qualifications

• Product Management experience in cross-functional product organizations.
• Strategy, discovery and roadmap definition for digital products or services.
• Expertise in payments, dunning & collections, customer service or consumer self-service.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with outcome-oriented product decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial.
• English communication; Swedish and Norwegian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for your consumer touchpoint domains—digital and human ones.
• Own and continuously improve the user experience across consumer-facing touchpoints.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities through user research, feedback, market insights and data.
• Develop scalable and reusable product capabilities across your domains.
• Define and track product KPIs, including conversion, digital self-service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial and Compliance.
• Define product requirements and be an integral part of the development process, closely collaborating with our platform team.
• Ensure relevant regulatory and compliance requirements are considered within your domains.
