Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Product Designer L2/Senior Product Designer to lead cross-sell and recommendations across user touchpoints. You will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product managers to create human-centered, scalable experiences and drive design strategy.

Based in our Helsinki/Global design team, you will own the design process from discovery to delivery, build strong stakeholder relationships, and help shape the product roadmap while delivering high-quality, delightful

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience for digital products, with in-house experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, user-centered solutions, and end-to-end product design.
• Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research methods and translating insights into design decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and ability to influence stakeholders in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and define product requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Design scalable user experiences across web and mobile touchpoints.
• Create visually appealing, intuitive interfaces with pixel-perfect execution.
• Partner with PMs and engineers to shape product vision and roadmap.
• Champion cohesion and consistency across a growing family of products/features.
• Present work to peers and leadership and participate in critiques and workshops.
• Write about design decisions and contribute to design process documentation.
