Job summary

Neste in Porvoo is seeking a (Senior) Process Development Engineer to support continuous improvement of renewable product refineries. You will develop feasible process concepts, perform modelling and technoeconomic evaluations, and possibly lead projects within a global team.

The role emphasizes safety, cross-functional collaboration, and the development of low-carbon technologies. The position is based in Kilpilahti, Porvoo, with hybrid work options and free bus transport from the capital

Qualifications

• MSc knowledge in chemical engineering and related process engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise to production site development initiatives and projects.
• Contribute to early phase concept creation and process design through later stages.
• Support R&D in experiment and pilot testing design.
• Collaborate with a global network of engineers, researchers and disciplines to achieve Neste’s goals.
• Maintain a safety-oriented mindset in all activities.
