HITACHI ENERGY ITALY S.P.A. is seeking an Internal Mechanical Design Training Expert to grow and disseminate engineering knowledge across Europe.

You will prepare and deliver training, collaborate with local and global teams, and ensure material reflects Core, Windings, Active Part, and Cleats & Leads design practices. You will translate customer requirements into robust training content, maintain competency matrices, and support continuous improvement in engineering methods.

Qualifications

• MSc in Electrical Engineering required.
• Deep expertise in Power Transformer design including Core, Windings, Active Part, and Cleats & Leads.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into effective design solutions.
• Experience with international standards (IEC, IEEE) and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver internal mechanical design training for engineers.
• Capture and structure critical engineering know-how into learning content.
• Develop training material focused on Core, Windings, Active Part, Cleats & Leads.
• Deliver training sessions to new and experienced engineers across Europe.
• Maintain learning paths, certification programs, and skills matrices.
• Promote knowledge sharing across the European Engineering Community.
• Monitor training effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Contribute to design improvements with up to 30% hands-on design work.
