Qualifications

• 5+ years in interactive advertising or game art.
• Strong art direction and ability to justify design choices.
• Excellent Photoshop skills and AI-assisted editing.
• Experience guiding external artists and production partners.
• Able to manage multiple short client-focused projects.

Responsibilities

• Art direct playable ad projects from brief through production and final delivery.
• Turn client games and concepts into engaging interactive experiences.
• Work hands-on with layouts, UX/UI, assets, animation, VFX, and polish.
• Create briefs and visual direction for external artists and production partners.
• Review external work and provide actionable feedback.
• Own creative quality checks before delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers and Developers to solve challenges.
