Job summary

Remedy Entertainment, a leading independent game studio, seeks a Senior Performance Capture Artist to own capture systems, deliver high-quality data end-to-end, and mentor the team in Helsinki. You will collaborate with narrative, animation and external partners to push pipelines forward and adopt innovative capture methods.

You will work primarily on-site in Helsinki with some remote tasks where feasible, contributing to multiple projects and maintaining high production standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance and motion capture projects across long pipelines.
• Shipped games or films with end-to-end capture delivery.
• Strong collaboration across departments and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own operation and maintenance of capture systems (photogrammetry, 4D facial, optical and inertial).
• Deliver high-quality capture data end-to-end from shoot to game.
• Plan shoots with game teams and operate capture hardware during shoots.
• Drive adoption of new capture tools and lightweight pipelines.
• Evaluate external partners and integrate deliveries into projects.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain documentation.
